These exciting DVDs are created/produced at Nia International by Nia co-founders Debbie Rosas Stewart and Carlos Aya Rosas.

They simulate an in-class experience
(I teach in class all but one of these routines in class: Unplugged).

1. Global Unity – $25

Become strong, flexible, energetically balanced and calm by becoming aware and in charge of your body. Global Unity, a creative East-West blend of martial arts, dance, yoga and body integrative therapies, provides cardiovascular strengthening and increased flexibility for all levels of fitness. 2. Unplugged – $25

Join the creators of Nia (Debbie Rosas Stewart and Carlos Aya Rosas) and discover its extraordinary power and passionate nature. As you dance to live percussion, let the music seduce your body, mind, emotions and spirit to unwind, and let go! Unplug from rigid exercise and everyday stress by plugging into your own rhythm and passionate ways of moving. There you will find your own pulse and spirit! (Music sample not available).

3. Opal – $25

Join Nia Co-Founder Debbie Rosas Stewart and a class of Nia students to passionately dance your way to feeling and looking better! The focus of Opal is on balancing yin (feminine) and yang (masculine) energy. Opal is filled with graceful and powerful moves Sensory IQ, Body Awareness, Stances, Kicks, turns, rhythmic and lateral Traveling Steps, FreeDance and Hand and Arm Techniques.  4. Sanjana – $25

Join Nia Co-Founder Debbie Rosas Stewart along with a class of Nia students and joyfully dance your way to feeling and looking better! The focus of Sanjana is Dynamic Ease; learning to move without over or under doing anything.
