Gentle Dance Fitness

If you're looking for a gentler movement option, I have a class for you! Everybody is welcome!

A modified version of Dance Fitness, Gentle Dance Fitness uses easy to follow movements to build strength and flexibility while conditioning your body. It’s perfect for people with mobility restrictions or for individuals who want the support of being seated throughout the class. You will also appreciate the cognitive/communication accessibility of these classes.

How to join a class?

1. Please complete a health waiver. You can complete it online. Click here to get started. 
2. Once you have completed the health waiver, please email me for login information.
