Learn to Dance: Nia
So it’s 2 weeks into 2011.
I figure that, like me, there are probably a few of us who are still sorting out how to make our beginning of 2011 intentions become REALITY.
Perhaps on your list of intentions is “learn to dance“. It was on my list years back, and I can still remember the struggle I had finding my way to something that really rocked my socks.
I’d never had any dance training as a kid, and my dancer friends didn’t know where to send me. Eventually I landed in an Adult Pre-Beginner Jazz class. And absolutely NO ONE (except me!) in that class was a beginner. What was I to do?
Now, with Nia, I AM a dancer, and I HAVE learned to dance. In a slightly different way.
And you can learn to dance too. In only 1 minute and 53 seconds. Don’t believe me?
Have a look at this “how to” video by International Nia Trainer and Black Belt Instructor Helen Terry. She’ll get you up on your feet RIGHT NOW!
Learn more about how to dance with Nia here, and then why not take a class in your community?
