Grail Lady Faire June 24-June 28, 2013

I had a marvelous time sharing Nia last week at Grail Lady Faire, a very special annual event held at Grail Springs Spa in Bancroft, Ontario. This was my third year at this delightful women’s festival which always gives me the time and space to turn inwards and listen to my soul.

On the drive up, I felt like a little kid going to summer camp, excited to see friends from the past and to make new ones. My whole body was alive with the anticipation of spectacular food, beautiful people and inspiring experiences. I am so grateful to be part of this group of women who live life with spirited passion and joy.

The One Billion Rising movement happened on Feb 14, 2013 and saw more than 1 billion people worldwide take a stand against violence towards women and girls. Together, we joined that movement, holding power and the possibility of change for our sisters near and far.
