From Dec 7-14, 2014, The Nia community of Greater Toronto welcomed Ann Christiansen to lead a Brown Belt Training and public Master Classes and Playshops.

I was thrilled to be able to learn from Ann and feel so alive, energized and pumped about my practice and teaching! Being a student gives me such excitement!
