Can You Exercise Too Much? Discover a Better Way
I was recently interviewed by Steven Sashen on The MOVEMENT Movement Podcast. It was a great experience! We talked about the dangers of exercising too much, Nia, functional movement opportunities and more.
The MOVEMENT Movement features some of the brightest thought leaders in natural movement who dispel myths, confusion, and sometimes outright lies about how people should move their bodies during different activities such as running and yoga.
