Nia turns 30!!! Here's a tribute!

Nov 22-24th, 2013. Kevin VerEecke (new generation Nia trainer) came to Toronto to help us celebrate Nia’s 30th’s Anniversary.

We wrote a special song for Debbie, the co-creator of Nia, to thank her for her work and for giving us the gift of movement, music & magic through Nia.

As you know, Nia literally changed my life. She closed the door on my exercise addiction and made me say buh-bye to an eating disorder. 

And so with a special kind of honour, I present our gift to Debbie Rosas, co-creator of Nia. She is responsible for SO MUCH GOODNESS in this world!
