Dancing at No Frills! You would not believe how much more pleasant this would make my grocery shopping experience (read: I don’t like grocery shopping. Not one bit).
This Phil dude, who by the way lives in Toronto, is the epitome of freedom! How liberating must being authentic like that be? Wait a minute, I get a taste of that every time I dance Nia! I guess that’s why I’m so enamoured by Phil. I like Phil. A lot. So much so that I’m now following him on Twitter (@philville) and am scheming about how to get him to a Nia class! Any ideas?

OMG That’s awesome! I mean, super awesome! That he did it is one thing, but that actually does take a big sense of freedom personal confidence, but how fun to do that. I love it! 🙂
