Movement for pleasure, not for change.

Movement does not have to be stressful, painful or a chore. And using movement as punishment or way to change your body is not a healthy path to wellness.

Movement for pleasure is possible – not only that but it’s a choice that you have! You don’t have to suffer through boring or painful workouts. You can choose otherwise.

Compared to the “no pain, no gain” approach I used to take in my life, I can tell you that the liberation that comes from moving for pleasure really is like no other experience. And I want that same kind of freedom and liberation for you. You deserve to have more pleasure in your life and I promise you that can happen with and through movement.

We don’t have to suffer – now we can mindfully move with the intent to feel good while at the same time conditioning our bodies.
In fact, your body will react negatively if you are bored, moving in uncomfortable ways or with the wrong intentions.

Your mental health will benefit from choosing pleasure when moving.  Learning to choose pleasure is good for your entire being!

Trade stress for pleasure in your workouts!  If you’re not having fun moving, if it’s something you are simply “tolerating”, maybe it’s time to try something new. Something that will nurture your entire being, not just your body.
